The part no membership covers.

The privileges come with the house. Everything else comes with me. I handle your transport and your drivers, your dinner reservations and the tables that aren’t really open, the ferries and the helicopters, a yacht for the afternoon, a museum opened before the crowds. I coordinate the whole trip so it moves the way it should — and from the day you leave to the day you’re home, I’m on WhatsApp, handling the calls, the changes, the small problems, speaking to everyone so you never have to. These are my partners. The only goal is the best holiday possible.

An Evening at GoldenEye: Where Bond Was Born
In 1946 Ian Fleming bought this Oracabessa clifftop — a former donkey racetrack — and built a glassless three-room villa he named after a wartime operation. He returned every winter for the rest of his life and wrote all fourteen Bond novels at the same desk, beginning with Casino Royale in 1952. The estate passed briefly to Bob Marley; Chris Blackwell has kept it since 1977. Fleming's writing desk is still in the room.

Jade Mountain: Nick Troubetzkoy's Open Wall
Architect Nick Troubetzkoy raised twenty-four sanctuaries above Anse Chastanet with one wall deliberately left out — the fourth side open to the air, framing the Pitons like a stage. Each has its own infinity pool reached by a private bridge, no two tiled the same; the molds were broken after casting. No televisions, no telephones. He wanted you to forget you were in a room at all.

Guest of the House: A Night at Château Marmont
Built in 1929 above Sunset Boulevard and modeled on a château in the Loire Valley, its thick walls were engineered against earthquakes — and, as it turned out, against scrutiny. “If you must get into trouble, do it at the Chateau Marmont,” Columbia's Harry Cohn told his stars. James Dean once leapt through a window here to audition; Led Zeppelin rode motorcycles across the lobby. The mythology is real, and carefully kept.

Jumby Bay: The Island You Reach by Boat
A 300-acre private island two miles off Antigua, named for the Antiguan word jumbee — a playful spirit — and reached only by the estate's own boat. No cars, no keys, no signatures: black-faced Persian sheep graze the pastures, hawksbill turtles nest on the sand, and the island has stayed all but unchanged for centuries. An Oetker Collection retreat that keeps time by the tide.

Torralbenc: A Farm Reconsidered
A 19th-century Menorcan finca on a hill above Cala en Porter, reimagined by owner Pablo Carrington and architect Antonio Esteva without erasing what was there. Twenty-seven rooms sit inside whitewashed stone barns and a former grape store, now the restaurant. Its own vineyard runs toward the Mediterranean; a salt-water pool sits where livestock once grazed. Menorca's first boutique hotel, and still its best argument that the island doesn't need to become Ibiza to be desired.

Dunas de Formentera: Barefoot, by Design
Ibiza's quieter sibling, reached only by boat, inside the dunes of Migjorn beach: forty-five rooms in low whitewashed bungalows connected by wooden boardwalks, designed by Palma studio Antonio Obrador to disappear into the landscape rather than announce itself on it. Opened in 2024 under the same ownership as Torralbenc, with the same instinct for restraint — sand-toned interiors, an infinity pool cut into the dune line, a sustainability program that isn't a marketing line.

Manoir Hovey: A House Built From a Memory of Home
Commissioned in 1899 by an Atlanta utilities magnate who missed the South, modeled deliberately on George Washington's Mount Vernon and set instead on the shores of Lake Massawippi in Quebec's Eastern Townships. Family-run by the Staffords for half a century, now holding Two Michelin Keys and a place on the Relais & Châteaux roster. Wraparound verandas, birch forest turning gold each October, a dining room built on what the land gives up that season.
